Terms & Conditions
1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply directly to all direct bookings initiated with us and govern stays at Casa Africa. By making a booking or staying at our villa, you agree to these conditions in full, ensuring a transparent, refined, and seamless experience.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry via our website or contacting Casa Africa does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Casa Africa has accepted the booking and any required payment or deposit has been received.
3. Minimum Stay Policy
Casa Africa has a minimum stay of 2 nights.
4. Prices & Direct Bookings
All pricing and rate quotes are provided in euros (€). Please be advised that our direct booking rates are independent and may differ from rates published on third-party OTA platforms or listing sites. The specific rate explicitly quoted and agreed upon at the time your booking confirmation is finalized will remain fixed for your stay.

5. Payment Arrangements
All payment arrangements and specific due dates will be formally confirmed at the moment your booking request is formally accepted by our reservations team.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
The exact cancellation schedules, refund eligibility periods, and administrative arrangements will be fully supplied once your booking is officially locked in.

7. Arrival & Departure
Guests are required to strictly observe the check-in and check-out schedule. These arrangements are custom-coordinated to prepare the villa for your optimal comfort.

8. Number of Guests
Occupancy must not exceed the number of guests agreed when the booking is confirmed unless prior permission has been obtained from Casa Africa.
Capacity: Prior Permission Required
On-Site Owners & Assistance
Martin and Rhona, the owners of Casa Africa, live on site and are therefore readily available to assist guests during their stay. This provides guests with convenient on-site assistance should they have questions about the villa, require help with the property, or need local information. Guests enjoy their own private holiday accommodation while benefiting from the reassurance of the owners being available on site when required.
Rental Policies & Guidelines
To ensure an exceptional and seamless stay, we kindly request our guests to observe the following property guidelines.
9. Use of the Property
Casa Africa is provided exclusively for private holiday accommodation for the guests included in the confirmed booking.
Parties, events and commercial use of the property are not permitted.
Guests must respect the villa, its contents, neighbours and the peaceful character of the surrounding area. Excessive noise or behaviour likely to cause unreasonable disturbance is not permitted.
10. Care of the Property & Damage
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of Casa Africa and its contents during their stay. Any damage, breakage, malfunction or maintenance problem should be reported promptly to Martin or Rhona so that it can normally be dealt with quickly.
11. Swimming Pool & Outdoor Areas
Guests use the swimming pool and outdoor areas responsibly. Children must be appropriately supervised at all times. Martin and Rhona are on site and can assist if guests have questions concerning the pool, villa or outdoor facilities.
12. Strictly Non-Smoking
To preserve the clean atmosphere and elegant interiors of Casa Africa, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. This is a confirmed policy and must be adhered to at all times.
13. No Pets Permitted
Pets are not permitted at Casa Africa. This policy remains firmly in place to protect the local wildlife, preserve allergy-free spaces, and ensure the pristine environment of the villa.
Specific deposit terms will be detailed prior to check-in.
